FAQs
Do I have to be fit to come?
Absolutely not. Don't let anything hold you back—our fitness is for everyone. This is your workout, and you set the pace. We're here to support you in a non-judgmental, inclusive environment. Many of us have felt the pressure from other fitness spaces, and our goal is to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone can thrive, no matter their ability.
How is this different from other fitness classes?
Most group fitness classes offer varied, random workouts, which are great for general fitness or just breaking a sweat. We take it further by providing a structured program. Using progressive overload principles, we guide you through a plan designed to improve your strength and capabilities over time. You still get all the fun of group fitness but with focused, measurable results.
What is progressive overload?
It's the key to making progress! Progressive overload means gradually increasing the challenge by adding weight, reps, or frequency. This approach ensures you're always improving and seeing real results rather than plateauing by repeating the same routine.
Do I have to come on the same days every week?
Nope! Ideally, you'll keep a consistent schedule, but we understand life can be unpredictable. Our program progresses weekly, but as long as you consistently show up, it doesn't matter if it's the same days each week.
I have no experience with weights, is that a problem?
Not at all! We do best by teaching you the fundamentals. If you're not ready to jump into a class immediately, we can start with private sessions to help you feel comfortable with the movements.
Do you have child care?
Not currently, but reach out to us, and we can explore options together.
