STRENGTH
The foundation of our program!
These classes focus on strength training, helping you build muscle, improve balance, and gain a deeper appreciation for what your body can achieve.
Led by certified personal trainers, each class follows a month-long training cycle, gradually increasing in difficulty each week. Suitable for all fitness levels, we provide modifications to match your current abilities. For the best results, we recommend attending on consistent class days if possible. Most importantly, trust the process—this training style ensures noticeable improvements in how you feel and what you’re capable of as you progress with us.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
This class combines strength training with metabolic and cardiovascular conditioning for those who love a balanced, high-energy workout. You’ll begin with a strength-focused lift and accessory work, followed by a heart-pumping finisher to boost your endurance.
Led by certified personal trainers, the class follows a progressive program that gradually increases in difficulty each week. To get the most out of the experience, we recommend having a solid foundation in strength training before joining this class.

YOGA (for everyone!)
Stretching is essential to releasing the tension built up during strength training, and we want our yoga classes to be enjoyable for everyone!
These sessions blend breath work, meditation, and mindful movement to relieve tension, reduce anxiety, and soothe your nervous system. The goal is to leave you feeling calm, balanced, and refreshed while improving mobility in your muscles and joints.
No experience with yoga? No worries! These classes are designed for all levels, making them accessible to everyone.
