  • Monthly recurring for a minimum commitment of 3 months or more.

    • Full program access with unlimited classes and open gym time.

    • Discounted Personal Training sessions for additional support

    • Recurs until cancelled

OTHER OPTIONS

    • Two classes or Open Gym per week

  • A ten class pack that can be used for 55+ classes and yoga only.

    • For the person who prefers to workout alone in a women's gym environment.

NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION

Your first session is all about setting you up for success at FSC!

As a new member, you'll have a one-on-one session with a Certified Personal Trainer to cover the fundamentals, work on your movement patters and find your starting weights, and get a personalised introduction to our program. This ensures you’ll walk into your first class feeling confident and prepared!

The cost for this session is just $60. Please schedule it before signing up for classes.
